Hotel and Ferienhotel
- Children up to 3 years in parents’ room (incl. breakfast) €5/day
- Children up to 12 years in parents’ room (incl. breakfast) €15/day, in summer with cable car €18/day
- Third + fourth person in the room (incl. breakfast) €25/day, in summer with cable car €29/day
The prices are per person for accommodation with breakfast as well as the use of the wellness facilities (sauna, infrared sauna and rest area)
- Cot and high chair free of charge on request
- Dogs on request (without food) €8. Not allowed in the breakfast room during breakfast
- Internet access (Wi-Fi) included
- Bicycles can be parked in the locked bicycle storage room
- Skis can be deposited in the ski cellar, and ski boots can be dried on the shoe warmer
- Carport Dec-April €5, May-Nov €3 per day. Please reserve in advance!
- The low season prices are valid from 3 nights, otherwise the prices of the high season will be charged.
Other services
Ferienhotel holiday apartments
- For apartments, final cleaning, bed linen, towels (1 set per person/week), tea towels and table linen are included in the price.
- On request with breakfast buffet €5/person/day at Hotel Sonnenheim 150m; children up to 12 years €10/day
- Cot and high chair free of charge on request
- Dogs on request (without food) €8/day. Not allowed in the breakfast room during breakfast
- Bicycles and skis can be left in the bicycle/ski room
- Ski boots can be dried on the shoe warmer
- Internet access (Wi-Fi) included
The prices for holiday apartments are for 2 people/day, for the 4-room and 5-room holiday apartments for 4 people, including final cleaning and sauna.
- Each additional person will be charged at €15/day,
in summer with cable car €20/day - Children from 4-12 years at €10/day
in summer with cable car €13/day - Children up to 3 years at €5/day
General information
Arrivals: The rooms/apartments are usually ready for occupancy from approx. 2:00 pm. However, you can arrive earlier by arrangement. Please let us know briefly when you are planning to arrive, especially if you are going to arrive late (after 6:00 pm).
Departures: Rooms/apartments must be vacated by 10:30 am. If you need the room longer, please make arrangements beforehand (the night before).
Cancellations: Sounds annoying, and it is annoying for everyone. It’s a pity if rooms/apartments are left empty although others would have liked to come. On the other hand, everyone has unforeseen things come up.
Hence our request: Please inform us in good time and take out a travel cancellation insurance.
Provide for eventualities now and take out travel insurance. >>
We try to be understanding, but in case of short-term cancellation, we have to charge you 100% of the price for apartments and 80% of the price for rooms with breakfast, if we cannot (or until we are able to) rent the rooms/apartments to someone else. (according to guidelines of the German Hotel & Restaurant Association)
