We, the King family, run two establishments in beautiful Oberstdorf in the Allgäu. We welcome you at either the ***Hotel B&B Sonnenheim or the Ferienhotel Sonnenheim. No matter which of our centrally located accommodations in Oberstdorf you choose, you can enjoy a relaxing holiday in a warm and family atmosphere. You will lack nothing: from comfortably and cosily furnished rooms and spacious apartments to gardens in which you can relax, especially in the summer months. You will also enjoy – depending on the type of accommodation – a sumptuous breakfast buffet and our newly renovated wellness area. Our establishments offer all the comfort and facilities that you are reluctant to do without on holiday. Guests of our Hotel and Ferienhotel can book the Oberstdorf/Kleinwalsertal cable cars free of charge from May to November and use them as often as they like.
Our Accommodations in Oberstdorf
***Hotel B&B Sonnenheim
The ***Hotel B&B Sonnenheim is our main establishment; we have been operating it since 2001. This accommodation is not far from the Oberstdorfer Nebelhornbahn, which transports you to the destinations of your excursions in the Allgäu Alps. The hotel offers classic single and double rooms as well as particularly spacious hotel apartments with kitchenettes and some with separate toilet. Almost all rooms have a balcony or patio and are fully equipped. During your stay at our hotel, we provide a sumptuous breakfast buffet every morning to sustain you for the day ahead. In addition, the use of our newly renovated wellness area with Roman steam bath and sauna is included; a whirlpool is available for a fee.
Ferienhotel Sonnenheim
In the immediate vicinity of our main establishment, the ***Hotel B&B Sonnenheim, is the holiday hotel Ferienhotel Sonnenheim. This accommodation, which we added to our business operations in Oberstdorf in 2016, has two single rooms and four double rooms. However, the main focus here is on seven comfortably furnished holiday apartments, which are up to 120 square metres in size and suitable for up to eight people. On request, guests staying at this accommodation in Oberstdorf can also add breakfast.
